Email to a penfriend

Hello! Today we are going to learn how to write our first email to a penfriend. It’s really easy! Just follow the steps.
¡Hola! Hoy vamos a aprender a escribir nuestro email a un penfriend. ¡Verás que es muy fácil! Simplemente sigue los pasos en tu cuaderno.

Step 1. Greeting. We say hello.
            Saludos. Decimos hola.
            Examples:       Hi______,
                                    Hello______,
Step 2. We introduce ourselves.
            Nos presentamos.
            Example:         My name is______, and I’m your new penfriend.

Step 3. We say our age and where we live.
            Decimos nuestra edad y dónde vivimos.
            Example:         I’m eleven years old, and I live in Madrid.

Step 4. We talk about 3 things we love doing.
            Hablamos sobre tres cosas que nos encanta hacer.
            Example:         I love _______ing, _________ing, and  __________ing.

Be creative and don’t be afraid you can use any verb+ing. Examples: reading, skating, playing football/tennis/chess, listening to music, watching films, drawing, running, swimming, riding a horse, riding a bike, skiing, painting, cooking, learning, dancing, singing, taking photos, etc.)
Sed creativos, no tengáis miedo de utilizar cualquier verbo+ing.

Step 5. We ask them a question.
            Les preguntamos lo que les gusta a ellos.
            Example:         What about you?

Step 6. We say goodbye.
            Nos despedimos.
            Example:         Love,
                                    Kisses and hugs,

Step 7. Don’t forget to write your name!
            ¡No te olvides de escribir tu nombre!
            Example: Eva

Hi Krystin,
My name is Eva, and I’m your new penfriend. I’m eleven years old, and I live in Madrid. I love reading, drawing and taking pictures.
